All items purchased from Reylixir Parfums are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Claims for items lost or damaged in transit must be filed directly with the carrier.

Mass Arbitration: If 25 or more similar claims are filed, they will be administered in batches to promote efficiency.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

16. Payment & Fees

You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase, including shipping, taxes, and any applicable import duties. Purchases are irrevocable except as provided in our Return Policy.
