Order Modifications At Reylixir Parfums, we begin processing your fragrance experience promptly. You may request a modification to your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the shipment has not yet been handed to our carrier. Once an order has been dispatched or the 24-hour window has closed, the purchase is considered final, and the payment method on file will be charged. These charges are non-refundable and ineligible for exchange.

Defective Products & Returns We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. However, if you receive a defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery (as confirmed by tracking data). To expedite your claim, we may require photographic evidence of the defect.

• A Note on Fragrance: As scent is deeply personal, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on style preferences or "blind buy" expectations.

• Approval: Refunds or exchanges are granted exclusively for items confirmed as defective and reported within the 24-hour delivery window. Outside of these conditions, all sales are final.
